By placing an order with SHEER Works of Art, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers who purchase custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products from us.

1. Custom Orders

  • All items are made to order based on the specifications you provide.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all personalization details (such as spelling, colors, and theme choices) are correct at the time of ordering.

  • Orders begin production after payment is received and all required information is provided.

2. Processing & Production Time

  • Custom orders typically take 3-5 business days to complete.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the complexity of the item and shipping location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or unforeseen events such as supplier delays or shipping carrier issues.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of order.

  • We accept payments via credit and debit cards

  • Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared.

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • Because each item is made to order, orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started.

  • If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee changes.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of defects or errors made by us.

  • If an item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We may request photos and details to process a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, and content are the intellectual property of SHEER Works of Art and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

  • If you submit a custom design, you affirm that you have the legal right to use that design and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
