Custom-Made Items – All items are made-to-order

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges nor refund due to:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect order details provided by the customer (e.g., spelling errors, wrong size, color, or design chosen)


Exceptions – Defective or Damaged Items

We will accept returns or offer replacements only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item received does not match the design specifications confirmed in the order

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • Please include clear photos of the item showing the defect or damage.

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once your return is inspected and approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or

Shipping Costs
